The Electric Crayon performs tattoos on people over the age of eighteen with proper identification and sixteen and up with a parent with matching identification. We follow the same rules for piercings. For kids lower ears we start at 10 years old. We require a state issued photo ID. You can also use a picture ID with a birth certificate.

We will not perform hand, neck or other open areas for tattoos under eighteen. We will also not perform genital, nipple, surface or dermal piercings on minors.
